Tallinn Kalev was joined at the beginning of September by experienced youth manager Madis Metsmägi, who has worked at the football club Nõmme United (Estonia) for the past five years. For the past four years, he worked as a Head of Youth and before that as a video analyst at Nõmme United and a methodology manager for the U7–U13 age group. Metsmägi previously worked as a coach at Tartu Tammeka (Estonia), coaching boys born in 2009, 2010 and 2012 for four seasons.

Madis Metsmägi has a bachelor’s degree in physical education and sports from the University of Tartu (Estonia) and a master’s degree in Football Coaching and Analysis from UCFB in England. During his studies, he practiced as a scout at Coventry City Football Club and worked as a video analyst for the AFC Fylde women’s team.
