Thomas Maibaum will start as the Head of Sports of Tallinna Kalev, responsible for the club’s sports development and strategy. Thomas’ main task is to strengthen Kalev’s sports structure, develop the development opportunities of young players and create an environment for the mens team that supports the club’s long-term goals.
“Thomas will help shape a unified and future-oriented sports concept and take Kalev as a whole to the next level,” said club president Ragnar Klavan.
Thomas has worked as a coach at Nõmme United for the past few years, and before that he worked for many years as a youth coach at the Borussia Mönchengladbach academy in Germany.
